AFROBEAT FIT®  hosts inclusive dance, fitness and wellness experiences where music and movement derive from the late and great artists and influencers of Africa. Since 2016, AFROBEAT FIT has hosted over 500 small and large scale virtual and in person experiences centered around African street dance, history and holistic wellness in various metro cities in the United States and Panama! While we have been fortunate to share the sweat with people of various backgrounds, we hold a deep commitment to connect BIPOC communities and those of the African Diaspora to our Afro Dance, fitness and wellness services.Balance Over Burnout™

You will experience:<a href="https://www.instagram.com/afrobeatfit/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">AFROBEAT FIT®</a> - a 60 minute sweat session where music and movement derive from West African street dance styles. <ul><li>Portions of the experience will be dedicated to strength training, stretching and catching vibes outside of our comfort zone!
