<p>LE&#x27;s Adaptive Community Leadership experience is a unique development course that builds the skills that today&#x27;s leaders need to lead through challenging and complex situations and issues that impact the Eastside. You will learn how to create an environment for fostering hard conversations authentically, while honoring our differences. You will learn alongside your diverse cohort in a setting that invites divergent perspectives. </p><p>If you are interested in learning more about LE&#x27;s Adaptive Community Leadership Program, join us for this casual conversation where all your questions will be answered. We look forward to meeting you. </p>
