A herbal masterclass that will focus on harnessing the magic of herbs to enhance your daily practice.

Lentils and Lather

A 2.5 hour masterclass where you&#x27;ll gain a deeper understanding of herbs and how they can help improve well-being. The masterclass includes: 

A welcoming meditation where we ground into the space and set a personal intention for the session. 

Ceremonial cacao to open and connect us to our hearts while we explore some of the main herbs and plants I personally use for ritual and self care. We&#x27;ll also learn about their healing properties as well as their energetic correspondences.

A creative workshop where you&#x27;ll have the opportunity to craft your own aura cleansing spray infused with crystals, a bath salt bathing blend and a herbal ritual bath &amp; body oil. With my support and guidance you&#x27;ll be encouraged to pick flowers, herbs and oils that you feel intuitively lead to use for your set intention. 

We will close our masterclass with a Q&amp;A session and you will take away the products you&#x27;ve created to use in your daily ritual and self care practice. 

You will also receive a workbook to support the masterclass, containing information on herbs and guidance on how to create daily ritual.
