<p>In this Tim Burtonesque fairy tale with zombies, a boy (Max Harwood) is threatened with state custody unless he can find a new family after his parents are tragically killed in an accident. And he does just that… He digs one up at the local cemetery. When he wakes up the next day, the corpses have come to life. He must now convince the social workers that he has found the perfect family ⁠⁠— who just happen to be dead and decomposing. THE LONELIEST BOY IN THE WORLD is a fantastic satire and a celebration of family values, of the imagery of horror films, of suburban life, of the American Dream and of the ultimate taboo: death.</p>
