Time to come together for the reunion weekend October 7 - 9, 2022. The weekend will offer a little something for everyone. We hope you will join us for all the events.<ul><li>Friday Night Meetup </li><li>Saturday Afternoon SHS Tour &amp; Evening Reunion Event</li><li>Sunday Morning Walk and Coffee</li></ul>Friday , October 7, 2022 Evening - free Join us for a classmate meetup prior to the homecoming football game. Look for our tent in the parking lot and meet up with your old friends. Bring your own snacks and soft drinks (no alcohol in the football game or parking lot, strictly enforced by Salem PD) and come hang out.See you after the game at Mac N&#x27; Bobs.Saturday, October 8, 2022 Morning Event - free Join us for a Salem High School tour. The school has been recently renovated and will be hosting our reunion group for a walk through on Saturday. No charge for this event. Meet in the front of the school at 11:00 am.Saturday, October 8, 2022 Evening Event <ul><li>October 8 day of event price is $40 per person</li></ul>Catch up over drinks and food, dance a little (or a lot or not at all), and enjoy time together on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at the American Legion. For the first time we are opening up the event to not only 1982 alumni and their guests but friends of 1982.The evening includes an awesome 80s soundtrack and plenty of dance floor. Weather permitting we will have both the inside hall and outside grassy area. The event is adult BYOB and bring along your lawn chairs if you wish to be outside.<ul><li>6:oo pm event opens</li><li>6:30 pm class group photo (don&#x27;t miss out) </li><li>7:oo pm Dinner by Moe&#x27;s of Salem. We’ll be having a Fiesta dinner at the reunion! The make your own food bars consist of: A fajita bar with all the fixings, taco bar with soft tortillas, corn shells and lots of fresh ingredients to put in them. And a full nacho bar! Who doesn’t love a loaded plate of nachos which includes Moe&#x27;s Famous Queso! Have you tried their queso? Out of this world tasty! Oh, and chips &amp; salsa for everyone to munch on! To finish it all off we’ll have — cookies and cinnamon sugar tortilla chips, plus cake!</li></ul>Please don&#x27;t let finances keep you from coming. If you&#x27;re feeling pressed for cash, let us know via email, salemhighschool1982@gmail.com , before you purchase a ticket. We have an extra seat fund to ensure everyone who wants to be part of Saturday night is able to come! If you are feeling a bit generous and wish to sponsor someone else that may not be able to afford the admission please see the Richard Martin Extra Seat Fund. (See the Donations area on the Tickets page)Sunday, October 9, 2022 Morning Event - freeAs we say good bye and close out the reunion weekend, join us for a stroll and morning coffee at Mill Mountain on Main street. Meet up at the farmer&#x27;s market at 9:00am. Coffee is on your own.
