Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security河北省人力资源和社会保障厅;

As invited by Hebei Chamber of Commerce in California USA, the delegation of Returned Overseas Chinese Federation of Hebei Province will visit U.S. in late September and held a high-end talent forum on Sep. 20 to introduce the situation and talent policy of Hebei, communicate with overseas talents and help promote and implement the relevant policies. In the forum, Hebei Silicon Valley Innovation Park (HSVIP) will also organize roadshow of several projects.
American Asian Economic Cultural Association (AAECA) is the Investment Promotion Representative of Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce; Hebei Chamber of Commerce in California USA (HCCCU) is the Workstation of Overseas Expertise Introduction for Hebei Provincial Foreign Expertise Affairs Bureau; and Hebei Silicon Valley Innovation Park (HSVIP) undertakes the work of introducing business/projects and talents to Hebei.
As Hebei is now provided with three significant development opportunities: "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" collaborative development strategy, the development of Xiong’an New District, and the 2022 Winter Olympics, we welcome all projects and talents interested in bringing their business to Hebei to contact us. We also invite all startups and projects to register and give roadshows in the activities organized by us in Silicon Valley.
