<H2>北京投资环境</H2>
作为中国的首都，是中国的政治中心、文化中心、国际交往中心和科技创新中心。近年来，北京经济持续、稳定、健康发展，已经成为高端产业、全球人才、国际资本集聚的国际大都市。是一个开放程度高、经济活力强、内外辐射面宽的世界级城市。
开放程度高，体现在：北京是中国第一个，也是目前唯一一个试行服务业扩大开放综合试点城市。至今年7月份，累计在京外资企业4.2万家，累计吸引外资1240亿美元。2016年，服务业实际利用外资占全市实际利用外资的94.6%。
 
经济活动力强，体现在：一是总部企业活力足。拥有总部企业4007家，其中，外资总部562家，占总量的14%。占北京市企业总量的不足1%，营业收入、利润分别占全市的67.8%、88.7%。2017年《财富》世界500强排行榜中，北京市有56家企业上榜，连续5年位居全球城市之首。5年前，这个数字还是44家。二是高新技术产业后劲足。高新技术产业占GDP总量由5年前占比不足7%，提升到去年占比达到22.7%。三是GDP增速稳定。近5年来，北京地区生产总值年均增长6.8%，人均可支配收入年均增长7%。
 
辐射面宽，体现在：北京年度外贸总额接近3000亿美元（2820亿美元），其中，进口占比近82%。进口的产品中，有70%左右辐射到中国大陆。北京总部企业中有60%的子分公司分布在全国各地。北京的技术合同成交额70%辐射到京外和国外。

11:10 - 11:20 北京市门头沟区商委领导推介门头沟区投资环境； 
11:20 - 12:00  播放宣传片并互动交流；
