为深入实施人才强省，人才国际化战略，大力引进江苏发展所需的海外高层次人才和合作项目，中共江苏省委组织部副部长，江苏省人力资源和社会保障厅厅长谭颖，率13名由高校，科研院所，省属国企组成的人才招聘与交流代表团，赴美国旧金山举办“江苏省海外高层次人才招聘与交流会”。我们有幸请到Dr. Randy Schekman(2013年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖)来做主题演讲。

三、需求分布
此次招聘，共提供高端人才需求226个，岗位包括教授、博导、高级研发人员、高级主管、项目总监等，并提供上不封顶的薪资待遇。江苏省是中国最发达地区之一，也是教育和科技最发达的地区之一，因此，代表团团员还希望通过与海外人才的深入交流，建立人才合作、项目合作、技术支持、顾问指导等等建立更广泛和长期的合作关系。
四、主讲人介绍
Dr. Randy Schekman: 1948年生于美国明尼苏达州St. Paul。现任加州大学博客一分校分子与细胞生物学系教授，也是霍华德休斯医学研究院研究人员。2013年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖获得者。2013年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖由美国、德国三位科学家James E. Rothman, Randy W. Schekman 和Thomas C. Sudhof分享，获奖理由是“发现细胞内的主要运输系统——囊跑运输的调节机制”。Dr. Randy Schekman发现了囊跑传输所需的一组基因。
