We will discuss the best wording for writing intentions. Our written intentions will be placed into the quartz crystal singing bowls to use the bowl’s sound frequencies and electrical energy to send them into the universe to manifest. We know through digital technology, quartz amplifies, transforms, stores, focuses, and transfers energy. While the sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, harps, monochords, Freenotes, specialized drums, and chimes guide us into deep meditation, rebalance and tone the physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies. The vibrations create changes on a cellular level, restoring the body back to its healthy frequencies or homeostasis. The benefits include deep relaxation, a sense of peace in the body and mind, improved sleep, heightened awareness, clarity of mind, enhanced creativity, increased immunity, and calming of the entire nervous system. Even if you have attended other Sound Baths or meditations this one will be very special and totally blissful. No lying on the hard floor, each person comfortably lays in their own zero gravity lounge chair.
