2022 Earth Conclave: Cherishing our Community

Earth Conclave

Join us to reconnect with our human and spirit allies within the Earth Conclave Community!

Wyalusing State Park

This fall Conclave, as we regather in person for the first time since COVID hit in 2020, we will intentionally reconnect with each other as physical human beings, as well as with our sacred spirit allies both connected to the lands of Wyalusing and the Bear Mounds and also the Committee of Mystery. There will be a trip to the Mounds, only a few sessions scheduled in advance, and many opportunities to find casual or deeper conversations and co-create ritual events. If you've attended in the past, please note that Wyalusing has changed the checkout time significantly earlier so the Sunday schedule will be significantly abbreviated.Conclave events offer a self-determined sliding scale, ranging from $130 to $250, which covers attendance including room and board. Any additional contribution you can make will be greatly appreciated to help us continue to have quality, diverse offerings in a safe and creative environment. The park also charges a fee for parking, up to $38 per car for the weekend if you are not a Wisconsin resident and cheaper if you are from Wisconsin, which is paid when you arrive at Wyalusing. Please note, based on the current COVID conditions, we are asking all attendees who are medically able to be "fully vaccinated" in order to best protect all of us, our home communities, and those we may encounter in our travels to and from Wyalusing. There are many individuals in our community who are at increased risk due to age and/or other medical conditions, beyond the risk present to healthy individuals, and due to the sleeping and dining arrangements it will not be possible to guarantee non-exposure to a pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic individual. If you are medically unable to receive the current vaccines, please reach out via email before registering so we can work together to appropriately manage the risks to you and other attendees. -----------------------------------------------------As we ramp up towards 2022 Earth Conclave: Cherishing our Community, we’re excited to announce some of the activities scheduled for the weekend at Wyalusing! Our ritual hike to Effigy Mounds National Monument and the Wyalusing bear mounds is a tradition we are honored to continue this year, as well as visiting the Roadhouse of the Dead through group trance work. After two years apart, we are eager to return and honor the spirits and the land who have become a part of, and helped build, our community. All bodies are encouraged to join the belly dancing lesson and celebrate community through the art of dance. There will also be an opportunity to come together and express ourselves in a drum circle. Bring a drum or just your voice! Participants in the energy healing workshop will have the chance to receive a mini one-on-one session from an experienced energy healer. The Earth Conclave divination resource table will also be open and available, including a dedicated time to give practice readings and ask questions from other diviners. We look forward to seeing you as we practice Cherishing our Community.
