Join us for FREE DrumHIIT classes led by FitCamp, LLC., on certain dates throughout the summer! Come and get your sweat on with this HIIT (high intensity-interval training) workout in a fun way!Equipment Needed:

- If you have your own ball, bucket or drumsticks please bring them with you.

- Sanitized Ripstix® (drumsticks) will be available for anyone who does not have their own. 

Class instructors will demonstrate how to do the workout with and without a ball and bucket, both provide a great workout. You can even participate while sitting in a chair!Afterwards, join us at The Shed on Cascade Plaza for snacks, beer*, wine* and non-alcoholic beverages! Classes are:July 9, 11:0am -12:00pmJuly 23, 9:30am-10:30amAugust 6th, 9:30am-10:30am All classes are FREE for anyone to attend!For event updates and reminders, register for free on EventBrite.Parking is available in the Cascade Parking Deck and costs $2. There is also street parking available on Bowery and Quaker Streets.Workout on the Plaza fitness classes are supported by Downtown Akron Partnership and the Knight Foundation.*Alcoholic drinks will be available starting June 11.

All participants must agree to the Liability Waiver.
