This is an intimate soundbath experience limited to 8 people. After the soundbath you can lounge in the integration room where organic herbal tea, rose water, and light snacks will be available. Full address and information on what to bring will be included in the confirmation email you receive from Eventbrite after purchasing your tickets.What's included in the experience: 💓 A full body meditation cushion (6ft x 3ft) to lay on, neck pillow, and light throw blanket are all provided for you. These items are cleaned between each soundbath session and are provided in an effort to create a comfortable experience for you.💓Soft lighting, decor, and furnishings to signal to the body and nervous system that you are in a safe and comfortable healing space.💓Color therapy lighting in the bathroom that is intuitively chosen for each soundbath session.💓Organic tea, high vibrational rose water, and light snacks served in the integration room after the soundbath. *This is a space meant to support you as you gently come back to a more active brainwave state while integrating your soundbath experience. It will allow you to ground your energy in comfort and relaxation with herbal tea and offer the opportunity to connect with community.

About the facilitator: Amanda is a certified sound healing practitioner who's passionate about using sound to activate the body's natural ability to heal and empowering others to connect with their own inner guidance system.Her sound healing journey began in 2015 when she started regularly attending sound baths as a form of relaxation and self care.
