Relax, stretch and get moving at Greenwood Brewing with our yoga in the garden series! Your experience includes a 4oz brew after the sweat!

Cassidy Faith Yoga, RYT 200 (registered yoga teacher) and a self-proclaimed avidly loud laugher, will guide you through a 45-min vinyasa flow in the Greenwood Brewing beer garden turned outdoor yoga studio! Good vibes only. Class is followed with a complimentary 4oz brew (beer is 21 and over only, however all ages can enjoy yoga!).Please bring your own mats (not provided), ID and wear clothes easy to move in. Secure your spot by pre-registering. Come celebrate the nourishing light of the sun and the light within each of us!
