Join us for the opening reception of Arion's "Neruda 10 x 10" exhibition

To mark the release of their edition of Pablo Neruda’s legendary poem cycle 100 Love Sonnets / Cien Sonetos de Amor, Arion Press will present an exhibition in the gallery of their historic building in San Francisco’s Presidio. Arion’s Curator-in-Residence Tamsin Smith has invited 10 Bay Area artists from a variety of disciplines to create new artwork inspired by 10 selected sonnets. Hence: Neruda 10x10. The show will present an eclectic range of responses to reflect the mood of the current moment as well as the timeless resonance of Pablo Neruda’s verse. Join us for the opening reception on Saturday, July 16th from 4-6 pm. Featured artists: Kim Anno, Ashwini Bhat, Paz de la Calzada, Mary Fernando Conrad, Gina M. Contreras, Matt Gonzalez, Felix Quintana, Gustavo Ramos Rivera, Emilio Villalba, and Rochelle Youk. The exhibition runs from July 16th through September 16th.
