Use our studio address: 621 Hillsborough St, STE 103, Raleigh, NC 27603 PARKING: Free street parking on St. Marys, metered parking on Hillsborough St (free after 6pm), dedicated Bloc83 parking deck at the corner of S Boylan Ave &amp; Hillsborough St (first 30 min is free)WHAT TO EXPECT: A mindful &amp; restorative flow accessible for all fitness levels (no yoga experience required) followed by cocktails &amp; community in the courtyard WHAT TO BRING: Mat, towel, water &amp; a friend! We will have some mats on hand to lend you in case you do not have one &lt;3WAIVER FORM: Please complete our waiver form prior to class (it will be sent via email)
