Experience barn tours, meet the equine athletes and their drivers, and watch races from unique locations. Enjoy refreshments with other industry leaders at our event space in a relaxed setting. Included is drinks, supper and a barn tour. You can watch the races from the our hosting tent or near by.Agenda for our event:<ul><li> 4:45pm: Meet at Stampede Head Quarters building 1410 Olympic Way SE and get your park admission passes and barn access passes. We'll enter the park as a group from there</li><li> 5:00pm: Walk to Bar 80 Chuckwagon Hosting Tent (See map) </li><li> 5:15pm: Barn Tour </li><li> 5:45pm-7:00 pm: Dinner and refreshments </li><li> 7:00 – 9:30 pm: Chuckwagon Races (up close!)</li></ul>
