Join Christopher Kimball and our recipe development team to get an insider’s perspective on our new cookbook, “365: The All-Purpose Cookbook for Every Day of the Year.” The “Joy of Cooking” for the 21st century, “365” is full of fresh flavors and game-changing techniques; it is full of recipes you’ll actually want to cook every day.
At this special event, which will be livestreamed so that anyone can join, Chris will be joined by Wes Martin and Courtney Hill from the Milk Street recipe development team to discuss and cook some of their favorite dishes, like Chinese Hot Oil Noodles and Weeknight Lahmajoun, an Armenian flatbread topped with spiced beef. You’ll learn how recipe development really works and hear Chris’ stories about eating his way around the world. Throughout the event, you’ll be able to submit questions for Chris, Wes and Courtney to answer during the Q&A time.
