About this event

Join Christopher Kimball and our recipe development team to get an insider’s perspective on our new cookbook, “365: The All-Purpose Cookbook for Every Day of the Year.” The “Joy of Cooking” for the 21st century, “365” is full of fresh flavors and game-changing techniques; it is full of recipes you’ll actually want to cook every day.

At this special event, Chris will be joined by Wes Martin and Courtney Hill from the Milk Street recipe development team to discuss and cook some of their favorite dishes, like Chinese Hot Oil Noodles and Weeknight Lahmajoun, an Armenian flatbread topped with spiced beef. You’ll learn how recipe development really works and hear Chris’ stories about eating his way around the world. Then, the floor is yours to ask them your questions about the book, your favorite recipes and all things Milk Street.

In-person attendees will each receive a copy of “365” that you can have signed at the event. You’ll also get to sample the recipes that are demonstrated and complimentary drinks will be provided.

Sign up now, because there are only 35 spots available!

About Christopher Kimball's Milk Street

Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street in downtown Boston is home to our editorial offices, development kitchen and cooking school. It also is where we record Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street television and radio shows. Milk Street is changing how we cook by learning bold, simple recipes and techniques from cooks all over the world. These lessons are the backbone of what we call the new home cooking. For more information, go to www.177milkstreet.com.
