KDCOACHING presents 'The Man I Need to Be': Men's Support Group for men who could use support and encouragement to face day to day barriers.

<p>Kris is a behavioral health specialist and was previously a therapist for over 10 + years specializing in the field of addiction/dual diagnosis for women, men, and youth ages 14-65+. Kris has now taking a non-psychotherapy approach to coach and support individuals  while minimizing the stigma attached to mental health/recovery/treatment. This group welcomes men who are in need of support to face day to day challenges and barriers as well as healing. Topics include: mental health barriers (trauma, loss), fatherhood, coping skills, pressure, relationships/marriage/dating, friendships, healing, communication, and so much more. This is the place for you if you need positivity, mentorship, support, and purpose. </p>
