On July 9th, 2022 at the historic St. Philip's Episcopal church, Arch Angel Productions will celebrate the creativity, resilience, and faith that forged and sustained our musical culture. “God is Watching” is a concert/testimony to our miraculous in our everyday lives and a witness to the power of artistic expression to alter our destinies for the good. Of course, such a performance is only possible with the most committed, consecrated, and spectacular artists. Bass-baritone <a href="https://www.kennethoverton.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kenneth Overton</a>, tenor Robert Anthony Mack, mezzo-Soprano <a href="https://www.karmeshapeake.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Karmesha Pea</a>ke, soprano Anita K. Taylor, and gospel singer Pat Jennings-Donovan, dancer/actress <a href="https://www.ethelcalhoun.com/about-1" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ethel Annette Calhoun</a> performing music from Walter Hawkins to Raymond Wise, from Wendel Whalum to Timothy Amukele, from Margaret Bonds to Roy Jennings (that’s me), from Paul Dunbar to Sonia Sanchez.
