FINDING MAGIC IN THE MUNDANE: AN EQUINE-ASSISTED INTRODUCTION TO INTUITIVE LIVINGThis two-day event will be held on August 6th and 7th from 9 am to 1 pm at Rocinante Stables on Johns Island, South Carolina.Are you struggling with anxiety, trauma, co-dependency, disconnection, or depression? Do you long for a deeper connection to yourself, to those around you, or to Spirit/God/Universe (whatever you prefer to call it)? Do you long to receive inspiration rather than charge after answers? Have you been curious about what it would be like to spend time with horses and why they seem so peaceful?There is a reason so many of us are drawn to horses. There is a peace that accompanies them that is hard to find in our busy lives especially if we feel disconnected or are suffering. I have done some of my deepest healing around them because the quiet they provide is a mirror to what inside us is longing to be healed and their empathic nature supports that healing. Horses live in the present moment. Herd dynamics model clear communication, healthy boundaries, honoring one&#x27;s needs, listening, and self-regulation. If we are paying attention, spending time with them can help us create a more mindful relationship with ourselves, support the regulation of our nervous systems and shift our awareness from our mind/ego into the space of our heart which is the voice of the soul. Intuition is the language of the universe and the language of the soul. When we listen to our intuition, we connect to the energy that surrounds all things. It creates a softer way of being and expands our self-awareness, our awareness of others, and of the planet. We learn to honor our feelings, gain clarity and receive answers rather than charge after them. We notice the synchronicities in our lives and experience spontaneous joy and moments of grace that we may have missed before. This clinic brings horses and humans together so that we may learn from these incredible beings in a respectful manner. This experiential clinic will include:<ul><li>How the power of mindfulness can change our relationship with our nervous systems</li><li>How the presence of horses can support the healing of trauma</li><li>The practice of intuitive energy healing</li><li>Understanding both the empathic nature of horses and our own</li><li>How horses communicate and how to listen to them</li><li>How horses can support our intuitive and emotional development</li><li>Learning herd dynamics, clear communication, and boundaries</li><li>Identifying and interpreting your unique intuitive language</li><li>Learning the power of a soul reading as evidence of your intuition</li><li>The power of empathy as a spiritual tool</li></ul>
