Four Freedoms Park Conservancy, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in June 2011 to operate, maintain, and program Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms State Park on Roosevelt Island, on behalf of the people of New York, and in partnership with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
