Live Solstice Mala - 108 Sun Salutations with the School of Integrative Traditions. Inaugural Yoga Event and Immersion Information Session.

On June 22 The School of Integrative Traditions is hosting a two hour livestreamed "Mala" for all bodies and levels of yoga ability. From the comfort of your home our three lead teachers will first guide you through a short centering and call to breath, then, we will take our time breaking down the movements of the Yoga Sun Salutations for various levels of ability. After we complete the 108 Sun Salutations, we will close with a guided meditation meant to inspire reverence to the sun, celebration of life, and connection to your solstice intention. Summer solstice is a time of celebration in many cultures, when the day and night share the same length of time. The solstice is a wonderful time to set new intentions or to challenge yourself to find more balance in your life through contemplative practices like yoga and meditation. Bonus Information Session!: Before and after the Mala we will share a few details about our new year-long yoga immersion program. The School of Integrative Traditions is hosting a year-long Yoga immersion this FALL (September 22nd). This Yoga Immersions is compraised of four units taught over the course of 8 months. Class meets for two hours once a week on Zoom, with options for online guided yoga practice throughout the week with each of our three main faculty members. With over 15 years of teaching and facilitating experience, this program will guide you deeper into yoga philosophy, human anatomy, yoga asana, and the art of sharing the practice of yoga with others. Questions are welcome! No experience required.
