Polish your flirting skills, prep for first dates, rock your dating apps, and more in these inclusive and practical workshops with sex & dating coaches and educators.

You’ve discovered there’s such a thing as polyamory and ethical non-monogamy. You’ve done some reading. You’ve realized this is who you’ve always been.
Now what?
If you live anywhere near a major metropolitan area (and maybe even if you don’t), chances are good you have an active polyamory/ENM community right under your nose. Finding it and getting involved in it is a great way to make friends, learn a lot, and meet people to date. (We know that’s the one you were waiting to hear!) But those first steps can feel pretty overwhelming. In this workshop with sex and relationship educator Rebecca Rose Vassy, you’ll get the lowdown on making a graceful entrance.
We’ll talk about:
<ul><li>How to find ENM community events near you—and where to go if there aren’t any
</li><li>The types of social events you’ll encounter, and what to expect
</li><li>Etiquette for approaching people and making an overall good impression
</li><li>“Fresh meat” and “flavor of the month” syndromes and how to handle it if they happen to you
</li><li>Building a good reputation in your community
</li><li>Tips for helping you make friends more easily and have more fun at events
</li><li>Red flags and common fuckups and how to avoid them—your own, and others’
</li></ul>This workshop will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual so that you can start making friends right away! There will be a Q&amp;A discussion period with a method for submitting questions or experiences anonymously. This class will be recorded and the link to the recording, as well as links to local and national ENM groups and events, will be provided to all registrants. Sliding scale tiers are available, and you may also inquire about sliding scale accommodations at contact@tamarapincus.com.All in-person attendees must be COVID vaccinated (including at least one booster) and must be prepared to mask depending on current safety recommendations.
