This free workshop, taught by artist Clare Winslow, is part of Create of the Creek at Peirce Mill in Rock Creek Park.

Create by the Creek

Create by the Creek is a celebration of art and community in Rock Creek Park. This day-long festival will include free, outdoor workshops led by local artists, art supplies to borrow, and a meet-up for landscape painters.

Create one-of-a-kind nature prints using plants, textures, household items, gel plates, and acrylic paint. Each person will take home a beautiful set of prints to frame or gift.Please note that the rain date for this workshop will be Sunday, June 19, at the same time. This workshop is intended for participants ages 16 and up.
