This workshop will cover injury prevention, strengthening exercises, and assessment techniques combat our desk job lifestyles.

<p>Our workshop will be offered both in-person and virtually via Zoom! A link will be emailed closer to the date. </p><p>Participants will join Dr. Pollock in an interactive workshop on how to combat the negative effects of poor posture. Our culture promotes long days of sitting at a computer, looking down at our phones, and staying sedentary for long periods, which can all cause many health complications down the road. With our workshop, we want to help you improve your mobility for better functional performance.  Our workshop is being hosted by MJ Fit,  a boutique gym just for women in the Denver Tech Center area! </p>
