<p>Join with others to hear an engaging conversation on screen time-both for yourself and for your children!  With the plethora of social media apps, games and day-to-day online activities in which we engage, what effect is this screen time having on all of us?</p><p>Dr. Lee Hildebrand is director of Lakeshore Psychology Services in Mequon, WI and a professional speaker in the areas of health, resilience, relationships, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational leadership.  At Lakeshore, he manages a full-service mental health clinic and staff.  He provides organizational consultation, executive life/business coaching, speaking services, and private therapy with individuals, couples, and teens facing a wide variety of mental health concerns. Educationally, he has a PhD in psychology from Marquette University, as well as an undergraduate degree in English communications and Philosophy. His experiences include clinical work and research at Froedert Hospital, The Medical College of Wisconsin; The Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI; The Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Battle Creek, MI; Marquette University Counseling Center; The Counseling Center of Milwaukee; and St. Charles Youth and Family Agency.  He also owned and co-directed an urban Milwaukee community organization and real estate investment firm for 10 years.  His leisure includes fitness, hiking, cryotherapy, community involvement, and spending time with his wife and three children.</p>
