At Body &amp; Soul® Fitness we care about more than just the body, we care about the soul too. As an instructor you'll be meeting not only the physical needs of people, but also the spiritual needs. Bring our program to your church or location to begin transforming lives inside and out. Our training day offers the opportunity to begin building your fitness community before you even begin with an extra Friday night workout. Invite potential students to join you for this fun event. On Saturday, you'll spend the day learning everything you need to begin leading a class physically and spiritually. You'll learn how to:<ul><ul><li>Motivate, encourage, and lead</li><li>Infusing your class with spiritual encouragement</li><li>Read choreography sheets</li><li>Create lesson plans for non-choreographed programs</li><li>Cue</li><li>Demonstrate modifications</li><li>About equipment - mics, music and more</li><li>Guidelines for virtual teaching</li><li>Other Teaching tips for success</li></ul></ul>Start your journey today and begin making a difference by sharing your faith through fitness. <ul><li>Friday night workout (optional and included with training) begins at 6:00pm</li><li>Saturday training registration opens at 8:00am</li></ul>
