This year, we are thrilled to invite you to the 34th Annual Awards Event with the theme “Reconnecting to Celebrate Our Champions!” Join us at the Pleasant Hill Community Center for an unforgettable evening of recognition and celebration. It's time to honor those who have made a significant impact in our community and reconnect with old friends and colleagues. Don't miss out on this special event!
¡Este año, nos complace invitarlo al 34.º Evento anual de entrega de premios con el tema “Reconectando para celebrar a nuestros campeones”! Acompáñenos en Pleasant Hill Community Center para una noche inolvidable de reconocimiento y celebración. Es hora de honrar a aquellos que han tenido un impacto significativo en nuestra comunidad y volver a conectarnos con viejos amigos y colegas. ¡No se pierda este evento tan especial!
Frequently asked questions
We have arranged a free shuttle between the Concord BART station and the venue. Transportation requests must be made ahead of time, please contact vi.ibarra@cchealth.org to request the shuttle.
This year's celebration will include a variety of hors d'oeuvres, and non-alcoholic beverages.
No, alcohol will not be served at this awards event.
We have made every effort to keep the tickets prices low. If the ticket cost is a barrier, please contact vi.ibarra@cchealth.org, or ben.chen@acgov.org to request discounted tickets.
Anyone can make a nomination. Nominees can be individuals or entities that have made a significant impact on the lives of those with developmental disabilities in our two counties. Feel free to submit multiple entries if you have more than one deserving nominee.
Nominees from each county are reviewed and awarded by a committee of board members from each respective Developmental Disabilities Council.
There is not a dress code. You are welcome to dress up for this celebration, but it is not required. The most important thing is that you come ready to socialize and celebrate with others in our community!
