Customer Experience Training

In partnership with the Orange County Board of Supervisors, the Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) oversees Orange County's workforce development activities. Through the Orange County Community Services - Workforce & Economic Development Division the OCWDB designs and implements programs and services for businesses, adults, youth, and dislocated workers in accordance with its Strategic Local and Regional Plans. OCWDB programs and services aligns the workforce development system with education, training, and economic development initiatives to create a collective response to labor market challenges in Orange County.
