<p>Mike Rosen has shared his annual analysis of federal finances in presentations to audiences across the country for about 40 years, building on the foundation he gained while serving as Special Assistant for Financial Management to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy at the Pentagon from 1979-1980. Over the course of a full morning, his presentation will take you through the ins and outs of the federal budget process showing the past, present, and future of federal spending and taxes. The graphics illustrating the change in budget priorities over the last 60 years is a real eye opener. The extraordinary growth in spending is jaw dropping and far exceeds our tax capacity. He’ll debunk the false claims that “the rich don’t pay their fair share of the tax burden” and that the middle class has been decimated. You’ll see how perpetual budget deficits are producing a staggering increase in the national debt that’s driving the nation toward fiscal insolvency.</p><p>Refreshments and drinks provided!</p>
