A family filled event hosted with in the community of Cottonville in Stanly County NC this is a free event for everyone of all ages.

Come out and enjoy three days of events. Share good food, good music, and laughter with friends and family you haven&#x27;t seen in a long time. Friday will start it off from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday from 10am-10pm, and Sunday from 1pm to 6pm. There will be yard sellers, shop vendors, food vendors.To be a vendor contact organizers.

It is $20 if you would like to be a yard sale vendor, $45 for non-food business vendor, and $75 for food business vendor. All fees must be paid to in order to be considered. As a vendor you have the option of attending all 3 days, 2 days, or just 1 day. You will be able to make your payment by money order or an invoice can be sent via email to pay by card. Your space is not secured until you have paid in full. Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments.

This agreement is to verify your participation in the Cottonville Community Festival starting on Friday September 30 through Sunday October 2, 2022 at Cottonville A.M.E. Zion Church-4814 plank rd Norwood NC across the street from the church.
Each Small Business vendor must bring their own tables, chairs, and 10x10 tent. Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your
display, however, loud music is prohibited. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to a 10’x10’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator.
Cottonville A.M.E. Zion Church is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the grounds. In addition, Cottonville A.M.E. Zion Church assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.

Vendors may have access to event space beginning 3:00 pm on Friday September 30, 2022. The event concludes at 9:00 pm Friday and starts a new Saturday October 1, 2022, beginning at 10:00am. Vendors may set up as early as 7am. This day will conclude at 10:00pm. 
There is no penalty for choosing all 3 days, 2 days, or 1 day or if you break down early.
Participation in the Cottonville Community Festival is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services. Vendors must pay their designated registration fee before vending space is reserved. Vendor location is chosen on a first come first serve basis. 
Thanks to the layout of the old &quot;camp meeting&quot; grounds all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces. Cottonville Community Festival’s committee pre selects vendor space for each small.
Payment shall be made directly through Square via invoice. Money Orders are also accepted please contact event coordinator with payment questions.

 Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Cottonville Community Festival will reschedule the event at a later date. In the event this event is canceled this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Cottonville Community Festival.

This pageant is to support family’s during Thanksgiving. We will be asking each contestant to bring in canned, boxed, or frozen goods to support Thanks Giving Meals for Family’s in the community and beyond. Whichever Contestant that raises the most food will win a crown and will be expected to assist with giving out food and or donating the food to various families and food banks. 
No experience is necessary to compete. I’m looking for great attitudes, beautiful and handsome smiles, and awesome personalities. 
Dress Code for Miss and Mr. Cottonville Community Festival is Sunday Best. Whatever you would wear to church or a wedding will be fine.
There is a $25 deposit. I will have raffle tickets to offset the cost. If you sell 25 tickets then your deposit is paid for. Whoever sells the most tickets in your division will get a prize. No one will go home empty handed. Please let me know by September 10, 2022 if you plan to participate. 
Supreme Awards: 
Little Mr. &amp; Miss Grand Supreme: highest scores in age group 0-6
Young Mr. &amp; Miss Grand Supreme: highest scores in age group 7-12
Junior Mr. &amp; Miss Grand Supreme: highest scores in age group 13-18
Ultimate Mr. &amp; Miss Grand Supreme: highest overall scores


Emails as well as text messages will be sent out from cottonvillecommunitypageant@gmail.com for reminders, when and how to pick up tickets or extra tickets.

Please turn in all deposits, amounts for optional events and applications by September 17, 2022.
Ticket sales will go on for contestants until September 24, 2022, tickets and money will be due on this day or sooner.
Pageant will be Friday September 30, 2022 at 6pm. Registration will begin at 5pm. You may come already dressed. There are bathrooms where you can get dressed at.
