The -A-Team is a local non-profit charity dedicated to helping those struck with hardship or in need of a pick-me-up.The -A-Team organizes events to raise money, raise spirits, and strengthen community bonds.

Jackie was born in 2011 with a syndrome known as ZSWIM6. Please help contribute to Jackie's future while enjoying great music and food!

I would like to introduce Jaclyn "Jackie" Marie Merritt. Jackie was born in 2011 with a syndrome known as ZSWIM6. She is one of only seven individuals worldwide with this condition. Symptoms of ZSWIM6 include: Autism, cerebral palsy, severe gastric reflux, developmental delays, Microcephaly, PICA and torticollis. As an infant she wore a helmet to correct the cranial deformities caused by Torticollis and had two surgeries to correct her gastric reflux which resulted in her need of use for a feeding tube.Due to all of her medical complications she was unable to sit on her own until she was 2, she did not crawl until age of 3, and only started walking with help at age 4. Currently, at the age of 11, Jackie is mostly nonverbal but has recently begun to say, "Mum Mum Mum". She is also learning sign language and uses an iPad for communication.Jackie has no fear or understanding of danger and cannot be left alone and she will be reliant on her family for the rest of her life. With a future filled with overwhelming medical expenses and an uncertain future, the Merritt - Hoult family is reaching out to see if you can find it in your heart to help contribute to Jackie's future.Thank you for considering - with love and gratitude.

Tickets are $35/person and include:BAR: Two drink tickets per guest can be redeemed at any time on June 5, 2022 for DRAFT BEER or WINE only (there will be other beverages available for purchase).FOOD: Wristbands will indicate access to the Taste of Philly Buffet which includes Cheese steaks with Roasted Bell Peppers and Onion, French Fries with Cheese Wiz, Soft Pretzel Bites (the buffet will be set up at the back of the VIP bowling lounge).Entertainment:<ul><li>Hot Sauce Junkies</li><li>The Relatives</li><li>Ceramic Sheep</li></ul>
