HEALING HAND is an opportunity to relax and connect with your breath through a journey of ancient instruments and sounds, paired with the art of massage. Let your mind drift, and tension fall away while Ashley, LMT of Moon and Wind massage therapy, and Cecilia Ortiz, LMT simultaneously assist your body with shiatsu and gentle stretching. While activating points along the meridian pathways, your body will open and relax, create more space, and calming your nervous system. Your meditative journey will be guided by the vibrations of gongs and crystal bowls played by Vinny Colandrea of Reverb Yoga.All participants will need a yoga mat, and a blanket and small pillow is recommended.
