Camp Acorn Acres 2022 Summer Series

Our 2022 kids summer camp series includes 4 topics. First Impressions, Ants on Parade, Grow With Me, and Looking at Leaves. Each class is held outdoors & designed for children to use their different senses to figure things out.

<p>There are thousands of insect species in North America. Though some of the species are considered pests, ants play an important role in many ecosystems. In this program children go outside to observe the insect behavior and learn insect characteristics.</p>
