Let's connect before the  full moon for a night of sisterhood, grounding, reiki, meditation, yoga, connections and deep healing.

RiNo Yoga Social

This ceremony will be a sacred space for community &amp; healing. We will practice hatha yoga, breathwork and a beautiful Reiki infused meditation to balance the chakras. With guided meditation &amp; sound therapy we will explore the Akashic Records together; tools will be provided to open the records individually for additional healing and guidance. The ceremony will end with a Trust Circle, where everybody will have the opportunity to share their experience &amp; create deeper connections. What are the Akashic Records?Linda Howe, the author of the incredibly informative book, “How to Read The Akashic Records,” describes them this way:The Akashic Records offer empowerment and transformation by lending us exactly the wisdom, guidance, and energetic support that we need in this lifetime.
