Ladies, let's come together for an afternoon of self-care, socializing and much needed creativity!

What could be better than socializing AND prioritizing your self-care in a space where you aren&#x27;t &quot;the only one?&quot; Soul-Care Sundays are a monthly event hosted by Brown Girl Self-Care where Black women come together to let our hair down, feel supported and open up space to have real conversations about how we can center our wholeness.The theme for June&#x27;s Soul-Care Sunday focuses on sisterhood and ways that we can not only feel supported but also support each other as we continue to claim our liberation, wellness and joy. Speaking of sisterhood, during Soul-Care Sunday all participants will be putting together the &quot;Squad&quot; puzzle below by RVL Wellness Co. What you can expect:Judgement free spaceA boost to your moodFun conversation as we put together our puzzles and sip our wine (or beverage of choice)Discussion on sisterhood, how to find &quot;your people&quot; and ways to have healthy friendshipsFriendly faces!! You may end up making a new friend that becomes a part of your self-care squad.
