Hudson Valley HorsePlay offers experiential learning and growth opportunities for individuals, groups, families and teams - all in the company of horses! HorsePlay does not involve any riding: all activities take place on-the-ground. Absolutely no horse experience is required.

<h1><strong>Meadow-tation! </strong></h1><h1><strong>Brought to you by Hudson Valley HorsePlay and Alchemy Behavioral Health Coaching. </strong></h1><h1><strong></strong></h1><h1>You will find yourself out in the fields (or under the pavilion in inclement weather) engaging in a meditation guided by Courtney Edwards of Alchemy BHC while Cori Nichols and her herd of 7 colleagues provide the full sensory experience of equine-assisted mindfulness.</h1><h1></h1><h1>All are welcome and no prior experience with meditation or horses is required. Off-ground seating options will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own chairs.</h1><h1></h1><h1>Space is limited so early registration is highly encouraged. </h1><h1>The hour long experience includes opportunities to get up close with the horses. Tickets: $20 in advance ($25 at the door).
