When the world turned upside down and Christy's studio had to close, she made the difficult decision to leave LA and move back to her hometown to focus her energy on therapeutic work along with an intimate in-person wellness center just outside of Nashville, TN. The center offers day passes, solo & small group retreats, immersions, trainings, events & more to elevate the mind, body & spirit. Questions? Email connectwiththecaravan@gmail.com
