主讲人：郭晓峰
内容简介：本talk从创业的源动力开始，讨论各种模式下的创业方向和趋势。对比了中美，特别是中国和硅谷、波士顿之间，创业中不同的驱动力以及长远的走向。同时，将就中美两边不同的创业模式给出不同的见解，希望对已经创业、或者有意创业的硅谷同学们能有一点启发。主讲人本身具有很深的技术背景，将同时介绍一下大数据人工智能方面目前国内的创业情况。 ​

主讲人简介：
郭晓峰，有Google长期的工作经验，去年中应朋友邀请回国创业，现任新氦数据CTO，主要从事大数据方面创业。在硅谷长期组织技术沙龙活动，对技术有很大热情和执着。 目前郭晓峰在新氦数据带领50+位同事，从事kubernetes集群、storage基础、大数据基础架构等方面的产品设计和研发。在Google期间，郭晓峰长期从事广告流处理、库存预测、用户访问预测等诸系统TechLead和核心工程师角色，所在产品服务于包括Google本身及CNN/TicketMaster/sina等中外客户，涉及数亿用户。早期，郭晓峰在Intel主导研发基于IXA架构的TCP/IPegress 1Gbps并行编译器及应用设计。工作期间，郭晓峰共拥有近20篇技术专利和发表了1篇PACT论文。
