If you do not have a mat, we will have some on hand to lend you &lt;3What to expect: A mindful &amp; reenergizing sunset flow on the lawn of the breathtaking Heights House Hotel followed by wine &amp; community. Your ticket includes your first glass of wine. This flow will be accessible for all fitness levels, no yoga experience required.
