谷雨书苑第339期 — 新书见面会：《风吹稻花香两岸·一个外省人的台湾回忆》

ValleyRain International, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit cultural organization, was founded in March 2015 in the San Francisco Bay Area.We were founded with the mission of building a bridge between Aisa and North America cultures.To date, we have hosted upwards of 500 cultural events in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas，Beijing, and Shanghai, among other cities. At these events, we gather leading voices in the field to engage in dialogue and share knowledge.谷雨书苑2015年创立于旧金山湾区，致力于促进中美文化交流。迄今为止, 谷雨在旧金山湾区，洛杉矶，北京，上海等地举办了超过500场的线下文化交流分享活动。邀请为谷雨做过分享的嘉宾包括，知名导演贾樟柯，“最牛历史老师”袁腾飞，知名学者秦晖，北京四中国际教育创始人石国鹏，奇葩说冠军邱晨，詹青云，知名辩手艾力，等。谷雨书苑接下来还会邀请更多文化圈的名人大咖，知名学者和大家见面，敬请期待。

<h2>分享嘉宾介绍</h2>这是“壹嘉個人史”系列新書，于2023年1月由壹嘉出版社出版（<a href="https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/cddP1TbuuTIDRKcmV3AKTw" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">壹嘉书讯</a>）。届时，我们请到作者黄雅纯女士与大家见面。为新书作序的前世界日报社长、画家<a href="https://www.worldjournal.com/wj/amp/story/121472/6738403" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">古铣贤先生</a>，和壹嘉出版社社长刘雁女士，也将应邀参与活动。<h2>分享内容介绍 </h2>以下是Stream为新书写的短评简介，请参阅。这本暖黄封面的回忆录，打开是深情的味道，关上是隽永的香。首篇“南門市場的油炸餅加上了父愛的秘方”打开舌尖上的亲情记忆。 尾篇作者诠释书名，说稻花是“中国文化基因的特色香味儿”，感言這兩代人“感情上對稻花香根源的泥土香都有同樣的眷戀”。然而层层剥开来，我们会看到那些厚重的历史和伤痛的记忆。银行家父亲在弥留之际挂念“都一处”的午餐，而“我”也读懂了他与叶公超先生的莫逆情谊，听懂他大浪淘沙之后对命运的喟叹。母亲常打开装满家乡书信的小铁盒，泣不成声；铁盒锁住母亲对家乡的思念，篆刻时间的裂痕。天生眼疾的弟弟引发一场家庭风波，书写一部白鳗传奇。作家出版人姑父在太平轮事件中葬身海峡，一个家庭在两次家宴中遭遇命运转折。夫婿将他父亲空军司令林文奎先生于台湾受降時收到的兩把日本寶刀送到南京纪念馆典藏，七十年丹心不负。这也是一本女性视角的书。八年后美国重逢时的母亲，从早时的秀气和羞涩里蜕变，但依旧是“我”熟悉的母亲。母亲这一代终于无声地老去，1978年中美建交之际寄信三十年前的故乡，终寻到外婆，最后陪她度过人生末年。“我”对母亲童年的记忆是下雨的冬日里熨斗发出的热气，是春阳里她穿着旗袍的娇媚年华和小女孩跟着她买衣服鞋子的明亮稚心。外篇小说《蝶年》里，错综复杂的人物，命运交织，终戛然而止。三个十七岁的少女，一点一滴经历不回头的人生初放、沉落，和挥别。一本小小的书，装下大大的世界。且问，人生如寄，多忧何为。<h2>活动时间和地址</h2>2023年3月4日，周六 2:30 - 4:30pm (美西时间)参与方式 (线下)：硅谷亚洲艺术中心Silicon Valley Asian Art Center3777 Stevens Creek Blvd #400M, Santa Clara, CA 95051本次活动将会录像，编辑上传至<a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzuQbOXWdQZfdMLfU-w1jvg" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">谷雨YouTube官方频道</a>，敬请关注.
