Private Residence

This is an intimate soundbath experience limited to 8 people which will allow for personal space and comfort. Once the soundbath is over we will gather in the integration room where organic herbal tea, water, and light snacks will be available. You may also choose to have your tea in the studio on your rug or on the outdoor patio as well.**If you prefer to avoid eventbrite fees you can send payment through: Venmo- @intuitivesoundhealing or Zelle- intuitivesoundhealing@gmail.com Please include the date of the soundbath and your email address in the comment section so I can send you the confirmation email with full address. What's included in the experience: 💓 A full body meditation cushion (6ft x 3ft) to lay on, neck pillow, and light throw blanket are all provided for you. These items are cleaned between each soundbath session and are provided in an effort to create a comfortable experience for you.💓Soft lighting, decor, and furnishings to signal to the body and nervous system that you are in a safe and comfortable healing space.💓Color therapy lighting in the bathroom based on the current energy. (We recently used indigo for third eye activation during Pisces season)💓Organic tea, high vibrational rose water, and light snacks served in the integration room after the soundbath. *This is a space meant to support you as you gently come back to a more active brainwave state while integrating your soundbath experience. It will allow you to ground your energy in comfort and relaxation with herbal tea and offer the opportunity to connect with community.

What to bring: <ul><li>A journal/notebook so you can write down your thoughts or reflect on your experience. It's especially useful afterwards in the integration room where the conversation is sure to stimulate your mind. </li><li>Wear comfortable clothing. Layers- such as a light sweater (it's still a little cold at night + nice to have the option) and socks if your feet get cold on wood floors. </li><li> If you have lower back pain when laying flat bring a pillow to place under your legs for support which will relieve any pressure in the lower back. </li><li>If you have a favorite pillow/blanket you prefer, or even your favorite crystals please bring them. The most important thing is that you're comfortable! About the facilitator: Amanda is a certified sound healing practitioner who's passionate about using sound to activate the body's natural ability to heal and empowering others to connect with their own inner guidance system.Her sound healing journey began when she started regularly attending soundbaths as a form of relaxation and self care. After experiencing her own physical, mental, and emotional healing during each one she was intuitively drawn to learn more about the science behind how sound healing works.Once she became certified in sound healing she began offering soundbaths to the community. She has facilitated both indoor and outdoor soundbaths for yoga studios, wellness spas, private event clients, public events, and one on one healing sessions.
