Peking University Alumni Association of Northern California (PKUAANC) is a non-profit organization ( IRS 501 (c)(3) ) dedicated to connecting Peking University alumni in Northern California. In the spirit of the treasured legacy of Peking University - Science and Democracy, PKUAANC organizes social, academic and business activities with the purpose of assisting the professional and personal growth of our alumni, promoting communication between people in America and China.PKUAANC was officially founded in May 1992 with the efforts of many alumni. EnE Club是聚集北大校友圈内外的创业者、企业家和高管的高端社区，旨在帮助大家分享北大和北大校友网络的庞大资源，互助互惠，在创业的道路上少走弯路。自 从 2012 年董事会成立以来，社区人数在 2013 一年内增多了 50%。EnE Club 定期举办小型座谈会提供创业指导，诸如如何面对复杂的法律程序，如何管理和资助一家在美国或中国注册的公司等。 EnE Club 还通过俱乐部聚会邀请创业人士与大家分享经验，为大家创业中遇到的实际问题出谋划策。

北京协同创新研究院副院长，北京协同创新研究院美国分院院长。曾在世界五百强公司做过工程师，风险技术经理，和商务开发总监；
周博士先后在北京大学和康奈尔大学获得了物理学学士和博士学位，来到BICI之前，周博士曾在ASML做产品开发和系统，并曾在西门子TTB中心作风险技术投资经理负责技术开拓及投资，以及在Xerox PARC作业务拓展总监负责技术转移。
康奈尔大学物理博士(导师为Paul McEuen 院士)， 北大物理系本科；
获Sandia国家实验室 LDRD奖， Lockheed Martin “Excellence in Research” 奖，秦惠䇹—李政道中国大学生见习基金，北大理科实验班优秀毕业生奖；
关于北京协同创新研究院： 
北京协同创新研究院（BICI 网站：www.bici.org）是在北京市科委、海淀区政府的大力支持下，以北大、清华、南方科技大学等14家学术单位，以及新奥、京东方等100多家行业龙头及高科技领军企业为基础创建的技术工程孵化平台，为处于各阶段的技术项目提供技术、资金、市场资源等全方位支持，建设了先进制造、电子与信息、材料、环境与能源、生命科技等5个学部，下设18个协同创新中心和6个特色研究中心。
研究院在美国硅谷设立分院BICI USA，帮助想要进入中国市场的美国技术回国进行产业化，帮助更多的技术更快、更顺利地进入市场。
