<p>Monica has been teaching group fitness for last 20 years.  Finding yoga after many years of cardio, marathon running and tennis, was life changing.  Teaching yoga since 2007, Monica specializes in athletic based classes, but also teaches Seniors, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa.  A graduate of CU Boulder, Monica and her husband are thrilled to have moved back to Boulder 4 years ago after living in the Midwest, where she taught group fitness and yoga classes in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Chicago.
