Heather Houston is a Santa Cruz-based song leader, choral director, recording artist, and vocal empowerment coach with over 30 years of experience in uplifting hearts and building community through the power of song. Founder of the Yala Lati Women’s Choir and creator of the Sisters in Harmony Retreats, Heather leads transformative singing experiences both in person and online, including at venues like Esalen, Sivananda Bahamas, and 1440 Multiversity. Her music, rooted in themes of healing, unity, and connection with nature, is sung by communities worldwide and can be found in her online song library and on all major streaming platforms.

<h3>Come lift your spirit and weave your voice with your commununity! </h3><p>We'll be singing powerful, healing songs and mantras from various traditions and artists. Heather's specialty is getting the community singing in multiple layers and harmony parts - just like magic! And on occasion, we will feature guest song leaders who bring their own powerful musical medicine!</p><p>All voices are welcome! Whether you think you can sing with the best of them, or think you can't hold a tune in a bucket, you are welcome here.</p><p>DONATION - $20 suggested, but pay what you can. You can pay on EventBrite, or pay in cash the day of. </p>
