A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening, meditative experience where guests are “bathed” in sound waves. these waves are produced with intention by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and even the human voice itself to invite gently yet powerful healing and restoration to nurture your heart, mind, and body.$22/space is limited to 20 guests at a private sacramento area residence.
