<p>At the event on Green Growth VS Degrowth - Approaches for a sustainable future, two perspectives of an ecological and social transformation of our economic and social system will be presented: Degrowth and Green Growth. Two speakers have been invited to present the respective concepts and answer questions from the audience: Livia Regen, part of Degrowth Vienna, and Alexandra Brausmann, economist at the University of Vienna. The interactive talk will present two different theoretical approaches/transformation proposals and take a closer look at their principles, goals and implementation possibilities. The goal of the event is to bring participants closer to the different perspectives and to provide an opportunity to ask questions. Understanding both approaches is the main focus.</p><p>The whole event will be based on short presentations by the speakers followed by a discussion/question session. Attendees are welcome for drinks and snacks starting at 6:30pm. The program starts at 7 pm. </p>
