WE RISE: Bridging Wellness

Let’s rise together! WE RISE 2022 is a series of community-led events that support health and
healing across Los Angeles County. From art installations to cultural experiences, WE RISE
events are a chance to connect with each other.

iShift Collective Wellness Mini-Conference is a 4-session event meant to highlight and nurture the symbiotic relationship between individual and collective wellness.The period of uncertainty we are experiencing globally is shining a spotlight on not only the challenges we all face but also on the opportunity for renewal and transformation. Humanity is awakening to the realization that everything is connected, and iShift Collective Wellness Mini-Conference was created to foster that awakening.This free event will consist of a series of workshops which will include sessions on collective healing through Reiki, creative writing, kinetic painting, and sound bath healing.iShift CWC will take place in the City of Long Beach during the Arts Council for Long Beach Art Walk on Saturday-May 14, 2022 from 11:00am-3:00pm.PLEASE BRING:<ul><li>A yoga mat or beach towel</li><li>water bottle</li></ul>
