<p>Next week we're joined by Courtney Crowder from The Des Moines Register and Chad Miller, a Twin Cities architect and urban designer who has done work in our city.</p><p>So much of our lives are lived online and we're more mobile than ever. In the meantime, people report higher levels of loneliness, friendlessness, and isolation than ever. What do we lose when our online lives begin to replace the actual place we live, and is there something to be gained from setting down roots in an actual, physical place? </p>
